Is drone videography legal in Edmonton?

Can you fly near the Edmonton airport?
Yes. Our Advanced Operations Certificate allows us to apply for RPAS flight authorization (RFA) to fly in controlled airspace near YEG and YXD. Most basic certificate holders cannot do this.
What weather conditions affect drone flights?
We cannot fly in precipitation, winds above 40 km/h, or visibility below 3 km. We monitor weather closely and reschedule at no charge if conditions are unsafe.
Do you provide edited video or just raw footage?
We provide fully edited, colour-graded video with licensed music. Raw footage is also available on request. We deliver in all standard formats including 4K MP4, ProRes, and social media cuts.
